VET-in-Schools Students

Students completing Certificate III or Certificate IV in Fitness as part of their VET-in-Schools program can receive complimentary three-month extensions upon request.

These extensions are designed to ensure students have sufficient time to complete their qualification and receive the graduation points required for their non-ATAR pathway.

Course duration and extensions
• All Certificate courses have a 12-month expiry period from the date of enrolment.
• VET-in-Schools students may request a complimentary three-month extension at any time until the end of Year 12.
• Extensions are available until you complete Year 12, withdraw from the course, or leave school.
• This policy ensures you have every opportunity to complete your qualification requirements and receive recognition for your VET studies.
