Once a student enrols in a course, a 5-day cooling-off period applies from the date of enrolment. During this period, students may request to cancel their enrolment and receive a refund, less an administration fee of $370, in accordance with the terms outlined in their agreement.
After the 5-day cooling-off period has elapsed, cancellations are not permitted, and all contractual payment obligations must be fulfilled as per the signed agreement. Payments will continue as scheduled until the full course fee has been paid.
Copies of the enrolment agreement are available upon request for reference.
