Certificate III in Fitness (Academy Students) – Practical Hours

📘 Overview
Students completing the Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) through an SR PT Academy must complete:

• 10 hours of practical training (under mentor supervision)
• 18 hours of shadowing in a gym or fitness facility

• Certificate III Logbook (Entry Requirements)

✅ All practical sessions must be signed by your approved mentor before submission. Shadowing hours can be signed off by a trainer or gym manager.
