Courses marked as incomplete

Question: I have reached the end of my courses but still marked as incomplete. I also received the ‘Congratulations’ but still not marked as completed

Answer: Please note that the green tick progress on the SCORM activity will only show if you have gone through every learning object or clickable item inside the SCORM and completed the quiz at the end. However, proceeding to Menu in the shortcuts will skip all the learning objects in the SCORM.
